General FAQs
After logging in,
- Click on “Fellowships” in the left menu bar.
- Find the fellowship you are interested in and click on it to open.
- Click on the “Register” button to add the course to your cart. Multiple fellowships can be purchased at the same time.
- Provide your payment information and complete the transaction.
If you wish to make your payment via bank transfer, please email our customer service team at academy.radiology@unilabs.com with the following details:
- Your full name
- Full address
- VAT number or ID num
- The fellowship you wish to register for
Our team will then provide you with the bank transfer details and next steps.

- Your full name
- The email address used for registration
- The fellowship or membership for which you need the invoice
Our team will then issue and send the invoice to you.
On the login screen, click “Reset your password” next to “Forgot your password?”. Enter your email address associated with your account and follow the instructions in the email which will be sent to you.

Fellowships:
You first need to complete the feedback form. The form can be found under the Certificates tab on the fellowship page. Once submitted, your certificate will be available for download.
Reporting Courses:
Once you’ve completed the reporting module with a score of 66% or higher, you’ll be prompted to fill out a short feedback form. After submitting the form, your certificate will be available for download.
Webinars:
To download your CME certificate, make sure you’ve watched at least 75% of the webinar, completed the assessment, and submitted the feedback form. Once all steps are done, your certificate will automatically become available for download.
The EACCME (European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education) has agreements with several accrediting bodies around the world.

You can easily update your personal information by visiting your profile page on the Unilabs Academy website. From there, you can edit your full name, change your sections of interest, select your time zone, and subscribe/unsubscribe to our newsletter.
You can find all the materials associated with the fellowship under the “Learning Material” tab on the fellowship website. You need to be logged in to the Academy Platform to be able to access the fellowship and materials. Please also ensure that you are using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge and have ‘pre-fetched’ the cases. For more information on how to pre-fetch them, watch this video.
It may be that you have created more than one account with different email addresses. Please try logging in with the email address you used when registering for the course.

Yes, all fellowship sessions are recorded and will be available for you to watch at your convenience if you're unable to attend live. The recorded sessions can be found under the Learning Materials tab on the course webpage, specifically under the Session Recording section. Simply click on the title of the recording to view each session.
Recordings are typically uploaded within 24 hours after the session has concluded, though we aim to make them available as soon as possible. Access to these recordings is available for 1 year.
That said, we highly encourage participants to join the live sessions whenever possible. This allows you to engage directly with the mentor, ask questions, and receive real-time feedback, which enhances the learning experience.
You can find the Zoom link for your Fellowship session in either of the following places:
- Email reminders sent by the Academy team before the Fellowship session date
- The Learning Materials tab within your Fellowship course.
We recommend logging in 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure everything is working correctly. Please note that you may be placed in the Zoom waiting room. If this happens, please be patient—the host will admit participants when the session is due to begin.

Your membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase. After that, it renews automatically each year. If you’d prefer not to renew automatically, you can easily disable this option in your user profile at any time.
No, you can go through the content in any order you prefer. It’s also not mandatory to complete all the trainings — if a topic doesn’t interest you, you can skip it.

Yes. You can reset the module directly from the module page and retake it as many times as needed.
